This week’s episode  is all about the spiritual path and where to begin.  The beginning can be such a beautiful time but it can also be a bit overwhelming and confusing. You are usually easily influenced at this stage as well. As you are really starting to develop your energy body and your own signature frequencies and communication style with the universe.

Here are my TOP tips for where to begin so you don't waste your energy or time on something that wasn't right for you. Following your own path is the key here. Getting caught up in comparison and ego only keeps you small.
